This could be caused by a change of the Active Directory user which is configured in the appliance; e.g. when it`s password has been changed or when the user object is disabled.
Make sure the Active Directory user object, which was specified in the LDAP section of the nmd | HyperDrive setup, is enabled and uses the same password as specified during the configuration of the nmd | HyperDrive appliance.
