Changing your credit card number after several failed payments

Our system will try to charge your card 3 days in a row, 1 attempt each day. If the payment still won't work after those attemepts, your account will be disconnected. Should you decide that you want access again after the failed payments, follow these steps:

• login at myNomadesk.com
• click on Purchase
• scroll down
• under Enter a new credit card fill out the information of your new credit card
