Moving your data from Trend Micro SafeSync to Nomadesk

Making a backup from the SafeSync site

• log in at the SafeSync website

• select the folder you want to back up
• select download this folder

Making a backup from the SafeSync console

• open the SafeSync console

• click on the folder that you want to back up
• you will be redirected to SafeSync website once you selected the folder to back up
• click Download this folder

• once the selected SafeSync folder is downloaded, you can move that data to your Nomadesk Vault
