Outlook add-in - removed since 9.10.4

From Nomadesk version 9.10.4 on, the Outlook add-in is not supported anymore as it required too much maintenance and was only supported with older Office versions. As as alternative you can use the Get Link option, which allows more customisation, and can be used in every email client.
