When using Internet Explorer, the nmd | HyperDrive Online web interface doesn't finish loading

When trying upload files via the nmd | HyperDrive Online Dashboard the `Add Files` and `Start Upload` buttons are not visible.

Cause : Compatibility view in Microsoft Internet Explorer is enabled

Compatibility View in Microsoft Internet Explorer is enabled, which can cause a crash of the javascript which is used in the nmd | HyperDrive Online Dashboard.

Solution: Workaround: Disable Compatibility view in Microsoft Internet Explorer
