Restoring a deleted file or folder

Online trashcan

First check your online trashcan at myNomadesk.com. If the file has been deleted within the past 30 days you can restore it from there:

• log in at myNomadesk.com
• click the trashcan icon

• right click on the folder or file that you want to restore and select restore

• this will restore the folder or file from the trash to the original location
• note: if you restore a folder that is still existing on the Vault, the contents of those folders will be merged
• note: to restore previous version of files you need to restore the revisions, as described in this article
