If you open a file and the program you open the file with "locks" the file, Nomadesk can't sync it and will show a pop-up window with the error message. Usually you can see this with database files, Excel sheets, CAD files, etc.
Nomadesk will state which file is the problem, and it mentioned "probably in use". When you close the program that is holding the file, the sync will be able to continue.
