As a group manager, you can change your license type at all times, but do keep in mind that the change will only take affect after the current billing period. Managed users can NOT change their own license type, as the group manager is the person that pays and manages the licenses.
For example: if you change your yearly license to a montly license after 3 months of usage of the yearly license, your license will be a monthly license after the yearly license period.
- log in at myNomadesk.com
- go to manage
- go to billing => License Overview => click the eye iconnext to your own license
- change the license type to your preferred type and click save
