Account impersonation allows the support team to perform tasks on your behalf during 24 hours, which is sometimes needed in orde to resolve issues.
- If this is needed, an email will be sent out to your account with a link so that you can confirm (or deny) the request.
- Once approved, you'll get another mail to notify you that the account impersonation is approved.
- Via your personal settings on myNomadesk.com you can see how long the account impersonation is still allowed and you can also stop the account impersonation on that same page.
