If a customers doesn't want to extend his licence, you will need to turn off their auto-renewal before the renewal date, in orde to prevent a charge for it. If you turn the renewal off, the user can still use the licence untill the next renewal date.
When you delete the licence (and not just turn off the renewal), the user will still have access during the 14 day grace period that follows the delete.

- Log on to your partner portal at https://secure.nomadesk.com/partner .
- Go to Accounts and go to the account details via the eye icon (note: you can also go the Licences directly if you know the exact licence, generally the Accounts is a more clear overview)
- In the Account info view, scroll down to the Licences part and click the eye icon for the licence details
- Under the Billing Info you can turn off the Automatic Renewal for that specific licence by unchecking it.
