- Log in at myNomadesk.com with the Group Manager account.
- Click on the Profile icon and go to License Overview
- In the License Overview, click on the eye icon of the license that you want to stop the renewal for; this will show the details of that specific license
- Click Remove License to delete the license
NOTE: In case of an assignec license and you choose the Unassign License option, you can re-assign the license via these steps.
