To close your account two steps need to be done:
- remove all your vaults via myNomadesk.com.
- remove all your licenses via myNomadesk.com. Be sure to stop autorenew on the license to avoid future billing of those licenses.
- delete the unassigned licenses via myNomadesk.com via Billing -> License Overview -> select the license that you want to remove and click Manage next to that license.
- when all managed licenses are removed, you can also delete your own license.
