In case the license should not be renewed you can turn it off via the steps below.
- Login at myNomadesk.com with your Group Manager account
- Click on the Profile icon and go to License Overview
- In the License Overview, click on the eye icon of the license that you want to stop the renewal for
- This will bring out the details of that specific license

Click the Auto Renew option to change the status. The license can still be used untill the end date, or turned back on to auto renewal.
