If you remove your Vault from myNomadesk.com, it is removed permanently. Should you have deleted your Vault by accident, contact our support team as soon as possible.
We have 30 days to recover a removed Vault, after that time recovery is no longer possible.
- Login at myNomadesk.com
- Select the Vault that you want to remove
- Go to Properties and click Delete Vault
- The following pop-up will ask to confirm the deletion of the Vault
- Type in the Vault name and click Delete Vault
