In the File Activity log on myNomadesk.com you can look up information like who edited, added, removed files and folders on the Vault.
- Log in at myNomadesk.com
- Select the Vault that you want to see the information from
- Click File Activity
- You will see the most recent activity first. It includes the type of data (file, folder), the action that was done with it, by whom, the time it was done, and also the location where the action was done from
- Sorting can be done via the arrow icons
- Via the Filter button you can toggle the filter options. Here you can search for specific filenames, users, actions and types. After you selection what you want to filter on you can activate it via Apply filters
- Download CSV will export the Activity Log to a CSV file.
