You can restore deleted data for up to 30 days via the online trashcan in myNomadesk.com
- Log in at myNomadesk.com
- Go to the Vault and click on the Trash icon
- Right click on the file or folder that you want to restore and select Restore
- This will restore the folder or file from the trash to the original location
- You can also choose to download the file, which can be useful if you first want to check the file before restoring.
NOTES:
- If you restore a folder that is currently exists on the Vault, the contents of those folders will be merged
- To restore previous version of files you need to use revisions, as described in this article
