Should you see that you can't reach myNomadesk.com, Nomadesk.com or even support.nomadesk.com from your browser, you can troubleshoot via these steps:
- Check if you can reach the sites via a different network, or try on your mobile device via your mobile data network

If that works, the problem is on your current network
-> check with your local IT if they block certain sites
-> check your with internet service provider, it might be related to their DNS settings
-> you can try to change your DNS to Google's public DNS servers
