If a file is open in another application, it can sometimes happens that the application "locks" the file. In such a scenario, Nomadesk will show a sync problem.
- Click the error message, the Nomadesk dashboard will open.
- Click Resolve Sync Problems.
- This will open the Synchronization Problem Solver and will show more information which specific file is in use
- You can then opt to retry or temporary ignore the file.
- Sync will resume when the other application is closed.
