A Basic User comes with 1 TB of storage. If additional storage is needed -without a user license- you can purchase an additional storage license. That storage will add to your total Group Storage.
- Log in at myNomadesk.com with the Group Manager account.
- Click on the Profile icon and go to License Overview
- On the right side of the screen you will see your Group Storage: this includes your currently used storage, and the total storage for the group
- Click Add Storage License to purchase extra storage
- Select the amount of storage that you want to add and, click Continue and confirm the purchase
- You will see that the selected storage license adds up to your total Group Storage.
