A Basic User comes with 1 TB of storage. If additional storage is needed -without a user license- you can purchase an additional storage license. That storage will add to your total Group Storage.
- Log in at myNomadesk.com with the Group Manager account.
- Go to Manage.
- Go to Billing -> License Overview and click on Add Storage License.
- Select the license type that you want and click Add.
- You will see that the selected storage license adds up to your total Group Storage.
