Email2subfolder

With the basic Email2folder function you can only mail to a folder in the root of your vault. If you want to send an email to a subfolder, follow these steps:

• login at myNomadesk.com
• at the Vault Users & Permissions check the option Anyone can email files to this Vault if you also want to allow external parties to user this function
• navigate to the subfolder you want to use and, right-click and go to Properties

• go to tab Email2Folder
• fill out a Prefix; this can be anything, as long as the prefix doesn't exists yet on our systems
• click Create

• you can now mail to that subfolder via "prefixname"@email2folder.nomadesk.com. In this example it would be e2subfolder@email2folder.nomadesk.com
